Located in Surry Hills, William Booth House offers both withdrawal management support (detox) and residential rehabilitation and community-based programs.
The service provides:
- A safe, drug-free residential environment for those seeking to withdraw from alcohol and other substances
- Comprehensive assessment, individualised treatment/recovery plans and case management
- Holistic treatment service that focuses on physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing, individualised 1-1 sessions, facilitated groups and living skills training
They are currently seeking two values-driven and experienced Casual Registered Nurses reporting to the Nursing Unit Manager. You will provide specialised withdrawal management (detox) nursing services, clinical assessments, mental and physical health care, referral for addiction medical assistance for clients.
Hours will vary depending on service needs. Availability for overnight and weekend shifts is preferred.
