DANA extends an invitation to your organisation to provide partnership support of the 2026 Annual Conference and the opportunity to deliver quality education to our AOD community. Our 43rd Annual Conference will be hosted in New South Wales at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach across 3-days, from the 5th to 7th August 2026.

Partnering with DANA will provide a platform for your organisation to be affiliated with the emerging group of AOD nurses, midwives, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals. Our flagship event will deliver leading research and knowledge to clinicians working at the forefront of AOD treatment.

The trade exhibition is a vital and engaging component of DANA events. Delegates look forward to speaking face-to-face with exhibitors and welcome the opportunity to update their AOD knowledge and skills. Delegates can experience your organisation firsthand, with all catering breaks taking place in the exhibition area to ensure maximum exhibitor exposure to delegates.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

  • By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
  • Payment must be received 28 days from issue of the tax invoice or one week prior to the event, whichever is earlier.
  • Payment details will be included on the invoice or contact admin@danaonline.org for alternative payment options. If the full payment is not received prior to the commencement of the event, the event organiser has the right to review the commitment and withdraw the application.
  • DANA operates in a single currency and the invoice raised with be in Australian dollars. If GST is applicable, it will be applied in addition to the cost of sponsorship.
  • The payment is offered as an unconditional grant to DANA. Aside from the brief address included in the sponsorship package, the sponsor has no control over content, tone or emphasis of the event, allocation of funds or selection of recipients. There will be no opportunity for the event sponsor to control the curriculum or educational initiatives of the event.
  • DANA reserves the right to retain sponsorship funds if government restrictions prevent the conference from proceeding face-to-face.
  • The event sponsor will have access to use the event logo for promotional purposes only.
  • DANA does not endorse or promote any health-care related products. Events sponsors cannot claim any relationship, endorsement, or support from the event organisers or from DANA.
  • All attending delegates from the partnering organisation need to register no later than two weeks before the event.
  • Payments made after the event date will attract an additional 20% surcharge.
  • DANA asks companies not to host additional meetings at the venue during the event. Whilst every care will be taken by the venue and organising personnel, the organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property, including brochure materials of any sponsoring company or any other person, by theft or fire or any other cause

Cancellation

  • In exceptional circumstances DANA will be prepared to consider cancellations if the request is submitted in writing.
  • If a cancellation is necessary, time penalties will apply: If a cancellation request is received more than 90 days before the event a refund will be processed less an administration fee.
  • If a cancellation notice is received 60 to 89 days before the event, a refund less 50% (plus administration fee) will be processed. If a cancellation notice is received less than 60 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued. Administrative fee DANA reserves the right to charge a handling fee of cost + 19% for tailored packages.
